yalnız antremanlara devam. arada iki kez koştum. bugunde viranhaneme geldim. 1-4-7 defalarca son anda tutamadım. 1-bilemedin 2 cm farkla. başka bir şeyler yapıp o farkı kapatmam lazım. farklı bir antreman mesela. çok yakınım. bilmedigim bir eksigim beni engelliyor sadece. sanki şimdi gitsem yapabilirim. belkide bugun çıkışta bir kez daha denemem gerek. ama su anda yorgunum ve her yerimde sızılar mevcut. yalnız yola devam durukan. son 15 gunde yaklaşık 2 kg verdim. bakalım sonunu getirebilecekmıyım.
